National interactive database for victims of sexual abuse to discover local support services
Developed a website and mobile application using Django and Wagtail that helps victims and survivors of sexual violence to discover immediately available support where they live. Our team mapped the landscape of support services in the UK and developed a database containing many hard-to-find services. We worked closely with over 50 stakeholders, including victim support charities, the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office, and law enforcement.
Enhancing government policy decision-making for the FCDO with data analytics and PowerBI
Implemented two data analytics and modelling projects for the FCDO in 2023. Integrated various data sources from governmental statistical agencies, survey data and geospatial time series into clean analysis-ready data. Built predictive models and deployed operationally via PowerBI dashboards, enhancing the client’s situational awareness on the ground and supporting data-driven decision-making for the FCDO.
In-house data team for parking space marketplace
Company-wide data strategy from KPI development to design of BigQuery data warehouse and rollout of Looker B.I. models and dashboards. Built geospatial machine learning models to forecast parking demand across the UK.

Assisting accountants to automate audit analysis
Created a Django web interface and database schema for processing client bookkeeping data, plus a REST API to communicate with Excel add-in & front-end dashboards. "This saves the team hundreds of fieldwork hours every week."
This included including data ingestion, accounting quality checks and ETL into a SQL Server database.
Multi-lingual NLP recommender system and data analytics strategy for health social network
Developed multi-lingual unsupervised NLP algorithms to detect related medical conditions and drugs for content on the HealthUnlocked website. Worked with the CEO to introduce and implement a company-wide data strategy centred on OKR-based practices, enhancing data-driven decision-making. Advised on data team strategy and led hiring round to recruit the company's first Data Science Lead.
Open Source Delivery Software managing London’s unpredictable Traffic
City Pantry needed routing software for their delivery drivers that could handle London’s unpredictable traffic. By leveraging open source components (Google’s OR-Tools & Django REST Framework) we were quickly able to build an effective and scalable drop-in replacement for their existing driver scheduling and routing systems.
