Everybody within the technical team and any other internal stakeholders that can answer these questions:

• What is your current tech ? i.e. what cloud are you built-in and what tools are you using
• How do you operationalise, and how does that fit into your overall stack? eg: are you using Excel, BI tools, etc

• What is the skill mix of the current team? eg: software engineers, data scientists, analysts, full stack developers, front-end or back-end developers? -
During the workshop, ensure that you can share your screen to help us understand your tech stack and, arrange a meeting with all the people that fulfil the requirements as stated in Q1
If you have existing documentation e.g architecture diagrams, OKR statements, market research, dashboard reports - anything you think is relevant, please send it through beforehand. -
Our agile workshop is priced at £3000. You will receive:
✅ All workshop materials and resources referenced.
✅ Workshop summary report documenting workshop discussions and insights.
✅ Product backlog (list of project requirements or tasks) which is flexible, on a sprint by sprint basis. This will become your AI Strategy Roadmap.

In our workshop plan, Coefficient will provide you with a 'menu' of options on how your business could proceed with AI implementation. If you favour a particular course of action, we'll support you in exploring the benefits and de-risking your plans.
Examples include
- A skills gap analysis on your current tech team and highlighting up skilling required to implement AI within your business
- A fixed cost plan for the Coefficient team to deliver your AI objectives for your business
- A fixed cost project plan you can 'lift, shift and outsource' to another tech provider. -
The workshops are in person, held at either your offices or hosted by Coefficient in London. We can also do these virtually, but our preference is in-person as this minimises distractions.
The workshop is 4 hours with Coefficient's CEO and members of our tech team.
We schedule it at a time that suits you e.g 10am - 2pm.
If required, we will also book a virtual 45 minute session before the workshop date to explore your tech stack, existing resources and handover any materials you feel are relevant for the team to review before the workshop.
